About Junior Group

Summer Search groups were launched in 2014 in response to student requests for more community with other Summer Searchers. During Junior Group, you will continue to build relationships with one another, share first your summer experiences, begin to reflect on your values, identifies, & communities, and prepare for your second summer experience.

Group is scheduled by your mentor and take place in-person (usually at your school or at a Summer Search office). Group is a required part of the Summer Search program; however, we know things can get busy so you can plan to miss two groups per semester if needed. Please let your mentor know beforehand.
